Payment Policy

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express payments are processed through our secure online payment gateway. If your credit card payment is declined for any reason, alternate payment instructions must be received at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.

Service Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon full payment. In case of unavailability, Colombo Airport Taxis reserves the right to offer an alternative vehicle or service of similar or higher category. Customers will be notified of such changes within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Please do not make further travel arrangements based solely on information provided on the website until you receive a confirmation of your booking. If confirmation is expected by email and not received within 2 working days, please check your “spam” or “junk” folder. If it is still not found, contact our customer service hotline immediately.

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you are providing your personal data voluntarily and consent to its use for processing your reservation. This includes permission to share your information with our drivers, service providers, and agents. You also consent to receiving promotional material from Colombo Airport Taxis regarding our services. You acknowledge that you have read and understood our privacy policy.

Amendment and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 7 days of the pickup date – 100% of the booking value.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the pickup date – 50% of the booking value.
• Cancellations within 21 days of the pickup date – 25% of the booking value.
• Group bookings of more than 8 vehicles must be cancelled at least 30 days in advance to avoid a 50% charge.

To amend your booking, please contact our customer service hotline and provide your reference number. Colombo Airport Taxis reserves the right to accept or decline any amendment requests.

Refunds

Refunds for payments made through our online gateway will be processed back to the original credit card used for payment, in accordance with the cancellation and amendment policy. Refund processing time may vary based on individual cases.

If you become unreachable on the contact details provided at the time of booking, your reservation may be cancelled, and Colombo Airport Taxis will not be held liable for any costs or losses incurred as a result.

Colombo Airport Taxis reserves the right to modify, change, or withdraw any terms, conditions, or services without prior notice.

In the event of a dispute, the decision of Colombo Airport Taxis will be final and binding.

By making a payment for your booking, you agree to the above terms and conditions and accept the services as outlined in your booking itinerary. Additional charges may apply for services not included in your original reservation.
