These Terms and Conditions govern the use of taxi and transport services provided by Colombo Airport Taxis. By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1.1 These Terms apply to all taxi and transportation services arranged by Colombo Airport Taxis.
1.2 The Company acts as a transportation service provider or intermediary between clients and licensed drivers.
2.1 A booking is confirmed once a payment is received and a confirmation email or message is issued.
2.2 For airport pickups, accurate flight details must be provided at the time of booking.
2.3 Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing (email or text) and are subject to the following charges:
3.2 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with the above policy. Processing times may vary.
4.1 Requests for changes (pickup time, location, etc.) must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.
4.2 Colombo Airport Taxis reserves the right to modify routes or schedules in the event of traffic, road closures, or emergencies.
5.1 Passengers are responsible for providing accurate details such as full name, flight number, and contact information.
5.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
6.1 Clients are encouraged to have travel insurance covering delays, cancellations, and medical emergencies.
6.2 The Company is not responsible for losses not covered by client insurance.
7.1 Colombo Airport Taxis is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or delays caused by external factors such as weather, traffic, or third-party service providers.
7.2 Force majeure events (e.g., strikes, floods, political unrest) may affect services; in such cases, alternatives will be offered when possible, but refunds are not guaranteed.
8.1 Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers.
8.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate rides without refund for abusive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior.
9.1 Passengers must inform us in advance of any medical conditions or special assistance needs.
9.2 Seatbelts must be worn at all times. Participation in the journey is at your own risk.
10.1 Any issues during the journey must be reported immediately to our hotline for resolution.
10.2 Written complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the service date. We will respond promptly.
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
11.2 Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
By booking a ride with Colombo Airport Taxis, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
